Nazo Moosa

Nazo Moosa is Managing Director for the European operations of cyber and secure AI investor, Paladin Capital Group. Nazo has a 20-year track record of investing in enterprise software and deep technologies. She was part of the founding team of the European technology fund of The Carlyle Group where she invested in growth and buyout strategies across three funds. As its Managing Partner, Nazo went on to launch the investment activities of Europe’s first dedicated cybersecurity fund. She continued to invest in cybersecurity and other foundational technologies to maintain a secure, resilient, and clean energy infrastructure as Managing Partner at EIP, a multi-stage fund with $3 billion assets under management. She has previously served as a Senior Strategic Advisor to Paladin’s funds. A selection of Nazo’s investments include Secure Code Warrior, RangeForce, 42 Crunch, Hometree, Studytube, Balabit, Omada, and P&I (acquired by HG Capital). Nazo has served on various publicly listed, private and public sector boards including the Charity Commission and Arts Council England. She is a Board Member of Innovate UK’s Catapult Network. Nazo has a Bachelors in International Economics (summa cum laude) from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University.
